My beloved laptop said its last goodbyes yesterday. After four years of loyal service it just couldn't take it anymore. Cause of death? Age, along with searing heat (cooling was always an issue with that thing). Something happened either to the motherboard, the chipset or the chip containing the BIOS (the BIOS won't even start. Oh, the humanity!). Either way, I'm not fixing it.

So, right now I'm writing from my mother's desktop while she's at work. I might just take over this one in a while, when she buys a laptop of her own. As of now I'm a computerless geek. And a computerless geek is not a happy geek :(
